Just thinking card

My heart is heavy today as I am just so saddened to hear of deaths, suicides and broken marriages.  I just pray for those that are suffering in this world be that from any of the above. When I feel bad for myself and my medical problems it doesn't seem fit when this terrible stuff is going on in the world.  Here is a card I made.  It is pretty self explanatory.  I used my quickutz die's again.  Paper pieced and added some Wild Orchid flowers.  I love my new whimsy stamp die and stamps for the sentiments.  Thanks for looking.  Be back soon.
Hugs and be blessed and don't forget to smile.  Things could be worse.  Tammy

Template style card

Here I made a different type of card using Color box chalk ink with a template.  As you can tell I did not use all the bird houses on this card.  As it was a trial card.  I used many layers of papers inside and out.  Also added a feather...hey it made me think of  a bird.  Then to finish it off I used a simple Hello stamp from my collection.
Be blessed and enjoy each day.

Candle danty

I went to Dollar tree and picked up my supplies...a tall candle(clear) and a bag of white pedals.
$2.00 for both items.
I too my hot glue gun out and started placing the pedals on and over lapping them.  I used 3 types of pretty pink and white ribbons.  One was with some pearls.  it looks danty.  I wanted to add some color so I used one of my primas flowers and added some pink stickles to make it pop.  This is the end result.  I sure hope you like it.  It is a gift for my mom.  Be blessed!
Off to my boys weightlifting meet.  Every day I am running.  Tomorrow I am having some yucky..I mean yucky tests done.
Have a wonderful rest of the week.  I have been making a couple of cards will try and post the next day or so.

Isn't she lovely...

Just a quick post...I made this with an image from my stack of prints.  Colored her with my Copics and some pencil.  Adjusted the size of the frame of my quickutz.  Added some sticker elements and some flowers from the wedding section at Michaels.  A touch of stickles to the flower pods.  Hope you have a fabulous Thursday.  We had our first weightlifting meet today.  Austen and Jaxten did really well for the first time of the season.  I expect them to continue on their uphill climb.  Entered into "butterflies and spring time" over at

Pink and Green...heart balloons

I was playing with some of my Quickutz dies.  Created this card with some embossing as well.  I made the hearts look like balloons and stuck to the green and pink theme.  Hope you like my creation.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!  We have practice tonight for my youngest flag football team.   He is getting over his first shiner from Saturdays game.  I know flag football and injuries, strange. haha
We also start weightlifting meets tomorrow for Jaxten and Austen.  Hopefully I will be able to see my boys lift as it is crazy this year that they are doing them at 2pm and I pick up my youngest at 3:30 so that would never give me a chance to get to the far away schools in time.  He might be leaving school early sometimes so I can see my boys.

Gift bag decorated.

I wanted to make a gift bag for the mugs I made.  My dad's one is more plain.  So this one is for my mom.  I am using a lot of stamps I had already printed or stamped.  I am thinking this was a digi..if memory serves me correctly.
Added lots of extras and ta-da.
Had a great morning of crafting with a friend.  Teaching her some scrapbooking things as well as her teaching me some other crafts.  It's a win win fun day!  Hope you all enjoy your Thursday.

Valentine Hanger

Here is a sweet little hanger that I made for a gift.
Isn't she just darling.  I've had this image for quite some time and forgot who made it.  Sorry :(
I used a doily and lined it with pink cardstock.
I added flowers which I pieced together and added some pearl beads for the centers.
I made a homemade banner.  Some inking and a bow and this was complete.  I love the purples with the pinks.  With a touch of green.  Notice her eyeshadow color is green and added a touch of green to one of the flowers.  It was really fun to make this hanger.  I get my car back today had it in the shop as it was having steering and Bluetooth problems.  It is a new 2013 Honda Accord.  Love all the extras in it.  Just want them to work. LOL.

Twist with a stamp

I've decided to try something different.  I purchased plain mugs that are oven proof.  Used stamps which in my case were Greetings farm ones.  Stazon ink in brown.  And sharpies...oven to bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
You have to take your time and try to be very careful when applying not to move.  You can use a moist q-tip for touch ups.  I used sharpies to color in the  bathing suits.
These were made for my parents for Valentines day.
I thought they were so cute and stamped mom and dad on them with my $1 letters box.  I'm going to fill them up with some goodies for Valentines day.
Hope you like my creation.

Black and white card

Good Morning...we have a double header in flag football with Colten today.  Sure hope the boys are ready for two games in a  row. Go Giants!!!!
So I wanted to do a black and white card...I just purchased some twine and those lovely flowers.  I put this card together and loved the end result.  A little bling, key and putting some flowers together with a brad is what I accomplished.  Hope you enjoy my little gal.  (Greetings farm)

Feeling the a card.

Here is a sweet image...loving all these little boy images.  As a mom of 4 boys it is neat to color them to meet their personalities.  Blues are so pretty along with a touch of yellow.  Hope you enjoy the card.    Entered into challenge Anything goes over at  and die cut over at
