Hip chick blues

Here is a Whiff of Joy stamp...she is really "hip".

I used blues as my base...also my spellbinders and cuttlebug for some embossing.  Tim's tag along with ribbon and flowers.  I sure hope you like my card.
Glad to be back scrapping on my blog.  I really never stopped scrapping but just did not post anything.
