Happy birthday card...clown

When I was yard sailing and bought a bundle of stamps...she had a bunch of Belle's and Whistles ones.  I was fortunate to grab as they went out of business recently.  They were one of my very favorite stamp collections.  So here I used my clowning around girl.  Added some ribbon and flower.  Hope you like this little cutie.  Entering it into a "ribbon" challenge over at http://pausedreamenjoychallenges.blogspot.com/2013/01/ch-1-use-ribbon.html
