Here are two gift bags I made out of brown paper bags that you get at your local grocery store.
These are made for my twin nieces birthday that is coming up this month. They will be 13!shhhhh its a surprise...
Challenge over at stamp challenges blog. Stitching
I used my cricut cartridges to create almost every embellishment on them. After some stickles for glitz and then some shiney stickers for eyes and last but not least I added some faux stitching with my white gel pen.
I cut the bag apart turned it inside out and pinking sheared the sides.
Sew.... Add brown rope for handles and tadda!

ReplyDeleteWhat a fab way to use those plain grocery bags - the embellishments you have made are fab. Wish i had a cricut. Do you know you could enter them into the Allsorts Challenge which is to Alter or recycle something. The bags would be perfect and it would be shame not to enter them into a challenge as they are so pretty - and a lot of hard work went into creating them
